Payment rules & commitment

A simple guide so you arrive with payment settled, equipment ready and a shared commitment to care and responsible riding.

💳01 · Payment method

Payment is made before the experience starts, so everything is settled and we can focus on the ride.
You can pay in cash, in soles or U.S. dollars, or by bank transfer.
✅ Our goal is to avoid surprises at the end and keep the conditions clear from the beginning.

🏁02 · At the start

Your ATV is delivered clean and checked.
We explain step by step how to ride, brake and operate the vehicle safely.
A complete first-aid kit is available throughout the ride.
You receive a certified helmet, gloves and mineral water.

🛣️03 · During the ride

We ride at a relaxed pace: to see, enjoy and take photos, not to race.
❌ No excessive speeding, drifting or risky maneuvers.
Always follow the guide. Phones are used only at designated stops.

🔐04 · Responsibility

ATVs are recreational vehicles for rural roads; they do not have a license plate or third-party insurance.
⚠️ If you damage the unit through carelessness, improper riding or negligence, you assume the full repair cost.
⚠️ In case of injury or physical harm, medical expenses are the customer’s responsibility. By accepting the service, you understand and assume that this is an adventure activity and that we do not provide medical insurance for passengers.
Return the ATV in the same condition. Any damage is charged at the actual cost.
We are not responsible for personal belongings lost or damaged during the ride.

These rules are not meant to limit you. They are designed to protect you, our team and the experience, so every ride is safe and memorable. We care for our equipment so we can keep offering you the best possible service. Thank you for trusting us and helping us take care of it.
