Clear service rules for vehicle delivery, riding, safety, responsibility and return, so every experience starts with the same expectations.
01 · Vehicle condition & delivery
Our ATVs are delivered in suitable service condition, checked and ready for use. Before departure we explain operation, brakes, controls and riding rules. The customer confirms receiving the unit in the condition in which it is delivered when taking control.
02 · Safety throughout the ride
- A complete first-aid kit is available on every ride for immediate attention in case of an unexpected event.
- The experience is kept at a moderate pace so you can enjoy the landscape and nature.
- ❌ Excessive speeding, racing and risky maneuvers are not allowed.
- ❌ Mobile phones may not be used while riding; photo and video stops are provided.
- Always follow the route and the guide’s instructions.
03 · Coverage & responsibility
ATVs are recreational vehicles designed for rural roads and trails. By their nature they do not have a license plate or third-party insurance. By accepting the service, the customer understands and assumes that:
- Any damage to the ATV during use must be covered by the customer at the actual repair cost.
- We are not responsible for personal belongings lost or damaged during the ride.
04 · Returning the unit
The ATV must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered. Any damage not recorded at the start will be assumed by the customer.
